One-of-a-kind, handmade work.

A wooden table with a unique, artistic design and curved legs, set against a plain white background.

I started making furniture with the vision that “everyday things” should actually be works of art on par with the sculptures and paintings hanging in your home.

These objects should be celebrated where we sit down for dinner, the offices where we work, the passageways between the indoors and the outside.

In a world of AI factory mass-production, bespoke, physical handmade objects are now the beautiful alternative.

Inspired by a love of nature.

My pieces are inspired by the forms and shapes I find outdoors. I am an avid mountaineer and naturalist, finding solace and renewal deep in the natural world. I express these thoughts and epiphanies in my work, my illustrations, as well as my podcast, Rebel Nature.

This is for you,
sweet Scorpio,
so please always,
keep your soul near the sea.

You’re safe
in the Tides
of a Californian coastline,
And the shadows of
them Douglas firs.

On such a roughly hewn base of waves,
Wild places will crest to support you,
my dear tired traveler.

Go. rest.

Who buys handmade artisan furniture?

1. You want one of a kind pieces. Something unique in your home, unlike anything else.

2. You want a personal connection. Commissions work as collaborations. While the pieces I make come from my inspiration and my interaction with nature, every piece is designed to fit the aesthetics of your home, and to reflect you personally

3. You are looking for something delightful. Organic shapes and forms found in nature have been proven to create low stress, high performing environments that engage imagination and creativity.

4. You want to buy Green. All my work is sustainably produced, using responsibly harvested lumber and zero VOC non-toxic materials. Compare this to furniture produced in large quantities, producing waste.

5. You are looking for an investment. Works of art go up in value over time.

6. You are looking for the best value, not the best price. Handmade furniture will last a lifetime, an heirloom for the family. Ultimately this is less expensive than continually buying new furniture. Not to mention handmade furniture isn't as expensive as you might expect
